Villa Palmeras

On the south side of a hill looking over the bay of Santa Eulalia, the
Villa Palmeras House is surrounded by pine trees in protected woodlands. Just
2 Kms from the beach and sporting marina, and 1.4kms from the shops.

This is a new construccion, built following the style of the ibicencan
architecture, ideal for those looking for peace and tranquility.

The house has 2 storeys, is very practical,spacious, and has many high
quality features, including the aislation against the high temperatures in
the summer months , however the house is fully aire conditioned hot and
cold.
A kidney shaped 11.5m swimming pool with fountains and waterfalls,
surrounded by various areas for sunbathing or enjoying the fantastic views
over Santa Eulalia, and the country side.

There is a covered Barbeque area for lunches or dining 'al-fresco', which
is equipped with american bar, fridge, gas cooker, and sink.
There is also a bathroom with W.C. and shower.

First Floor. Floor to ceiling entrance hall leading on to huge open plan
lounge- dining room, with fireplace, T.V. Video. Sat TV. Patio doors going
on to garden and pool. Just off from the dining room there is a large fully
fitted kitchen with dishwasher. A seperate utility room with washing machine
and tumble drier. There is also a small bathroom.
Over on the towerside of the lounge there is a double bedroom with
balcony
( double bed) and ensuite bathroom with hidromassage.
The staircase follows the form of the tower to a second double bedroom with
balcony ( double bed) also with en-suite bathroom with hidromassage.

Over on the other side of the lounge ther is another staircase which leads
to a Gallery looking over the lounge. This gallery has a siting area and patio
doors leading to the terrace. Just off from the gallery are two double
bedrooms and a fully fitted bathroom,.Each bedroom has 2 twin beds, one
with acess to the terrace, and one with private balcony.

All the bedrooms are southfacing, to make the best of the sun, and views.
