1. The Guaranteed Minimum Price applies automatically to all those properties which are identified as such in our online reservation system with one of these tags

2. To apply the GMP, the reservation ON LINE competition must be real and identical, with the following conditions:

• Reservation made within the same period of 24h
• In the same apartment or villa
• Reservations on the same dates and same duration
• Actual availability confirmation from the apartment or villa, not only ad prices.

3. GPM assurance is NOT automatically applicable to reservations made within 48 hours prior to the date of entry.

Procedure for warranty claim.

• The booking code to facilitate the search for your file
• All those tests to confirm the cheaper alternative
