Can Sergent is an ibicencan country house located on the top of a picturesque hill, surrounded by more than 20.000 m2 of land. It is in a quiet area with wide open views. In the present day it has been carefully restored, keeping the characteristics of the ibicencan culture and the most representative architectural and natural elements such as sandstone, wood, earth, mud or calcium. A notable characteristic is the modular design, with high and spacious chambers and thick walls that provide an ideal inside temperature all year round. The ibicencan culture can be said to be spiritually minimalistic, simple and comfortable. Throughout the entire house, inside and on the terraces, WiFi (Wireless Internet) is available for free Internet access.
The house is located 350 m from the village of San José, which has all the necessary amenities such as a supermarkets, chemist, petrol station, banks, restaurants, taxis etc.. All the beaches of the south of the island such as Cala d'Hort, Cala Vadella, Cala Tarida and Cala Conta are within easy reach.
