Choose the house or apartment you wish to reserve.
	Check whether the period of time you have chosen is still available.
	Click on the button "Reservation".
	Fill in and send us the form.
	Wait until you have received the rental contract and our General Terms of Business.
	Transfer the advance payment of 40% of the total amount to the business account of CASAYA!
	Sign the rental contract and the general terms of business and send them back by fax to CASAYA! together with the remmitance slip of the bank and a copy of your ID.
	After receiving these documents the reservation is concluded and confirmed.
