March, 17th 2010
Friends, only a few days until the
departure of the regatta “La Ruta de la Sal”.
NORTH VERSION
CM PORT GINESTA
From Saturday, the 27th of March you can leave
your ship in the CM Port Ginesta or in the “Port Vell
“ in Barcelona. (Channel 9).
Wednesday, 31st of March
From 12.00h until 19.00h.
Formalization of inscriptions
Delivery of instructions of ditch and other documentation
Delivery of the captain’s bag
Must present indispensably the skipper of each boat or some
other crewman
At 19.30h.
Skippers’ Meeting. Obliged assistance
for the skipper and second of on board of every boat participating
in the regatta
Starting at 20.30h.
“Welcome Brunch” for all participants.
Thursday 1st of April
At 12.00h.
Start foreseen, that will be confirmed in the skippers’
meeting.
Departure Form
We remind the obligation to deliver
at the Regatta Committee the Departure Form totally completed,
which must consist INDISPENSABLY the number MMSI of the radio
beacon of your ship, one hour before taking
the departure.
Already you know that NOT to do it implies that your
ship is not in the regatta.
Arrival Form
You will have to deliver it likewise in the Committee of Welcome
in Ibiza, placed in the "Village de la Sal" in Portmany's
Sant Antoni at the maximum of one hour after having
crossed the line of arrival.
EAST VERSION
REAL CLUB NAUTICO DENIA
From Saturday 27th of March you can leave your
ship in the Real Club Náutico Denia.
Tuesday 30th of March
From 17.00h until 21.00h.
The office of the regatta will remain opened.
Wednesday 31st of March
From 9.00h until 20.00h.

in the Real Club Náutico Denia
