2. To apply the GMP, the reservation ON LINE competition must be real and identical, with the following conditions:

• Reservation made within the same period of 24h
• In the same apartment or villa
• Reservations on the same dates and same duration
• Actual availability confirmation from the apartment or villa, not only ad prices.

3. GPM assurance is NOT automatically applicable to reservations made within 48 hours prior to the date of entry.

THIS PROPERTY IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING RULES:

No smoking indoors.
No pets allowed (Roca Llisa Estate has very strict rules in this regard) Meetings, dinners / barbecues, etc ... with music at a reasonable volume until 11 pm and from 9 am (it is allowed).
It is not an ideal house for groups who come Ibiza to have parties.
No DJ equipment allowed.

Guests are not allowed into the house late at night because the neighbours will call the police and if this happens, the contract will automatically be cancelled and the deposit will be lost.
